I reached out to Joseph looking for late season shingle replacement before winter. He came and took a look at the roof, asked me a number of questions, and explained... read more the methods and materials for replacement. Over the next 3 weeks, while I was getting other quotes, I asked Joseph numerous questions which he answered promptly. When I decided to go ahead, he was very professional. His team completed the job quickly and efficiently, they removed my old furnace exhaust (no longer in use), and installed numerous vents to ensure my attic was properly vented. He has also offered to come back out in the spring and give the work a follow up to ensure everything is as it should be. My house was also in need of new gutters. Joseph handled that and brought out a team to tackle that work. They replaced all the gutters and downspouts, installed a post and redirected the front downspout over the walkway. Throughout both the shingle replacement, and gutters, I received numerous pictures showing the condition of the material below and how the installation was progressing. Any questions were asked prior to the work being completed. All in, both the quality of the work and the customer service were fantastic.
