Joseph took the time to show me a brochure of the singles available and explained. all my options and answered all my questions. All estimates were within 200 dollars except for Abe’s Roofing who didn’t even respond to my request. Joseph did a great job once I gave the go ahead . Given the lateness in the roofing season I expected to wait up to a month, Joseph made it happen within 10 days. Shingles arrived on Tuesday and job was started and completed on Thursday. Joseph and the crew arrived on time and got straight to work. The job was done quickly, safely, and with a high level of quality. Even the crooked furnace stack was straightened before I could ask them to straighten it for me. Very professional. Attention to detail; was ongoing and makes the entire job look great. ie:All the metal valley exposures are the same width, there are the same amount of ridge/cap shingle spacing on each ridge. (Nice touch) The cherry on top would be the clean up. Bulldozer actually used tarpaulins on the ground around the house to catch falling debris. And there is a lot of it. Every roofer uses a magnet to collect fallen nails but there is no other company that picks up tiny bits of old shingles and paper. This in itself is something I have never seen. “ALL” the debris was captured and hauled away. I would highly recommend hiring Joseph and his team at Bulldozer Roofing the next time you are in the market for a new roof.

He went on my roof and did a thorough inspection and walked me through what needed to be done. He also unclogged 2 of my old gutters while completing his inspection. He understood the urgency of my issue and showed up with his crew next day to complete the work (at this point some companies hadn’t even provided me with quotes yet) they installed wider gutters and moved my downspouts away from my home which solved my water issue. The crew was very clean, professional and respectful of my home. After the work was completed they walked me through what they did and were happy to make a last minute adjustment i requested. Over the next 3 weeks, while I was getting other quotes, I asked Joseph numerous questions which he answered promptly. When I decided to go ahead, he was very professional. His team completed the job quickly and efficiently, they removed my old furnace exhaust (no longer in use), and installed numerous vents to ensure my attic was properly vented. He has also offered to come back out in the spring and give the work a follow up to ensure everything is as it should be. My house was also in need of new gutters. Joseph handled that and brought out a team to tackle that work. They replaced all the gutters and downspouts, installed a post and redirected the front downspout over the walkway. Throughout both the shingle replacement, and gutters, I received numerous pictures showing the condition of the material below and how the installation was progressing.
